This year the conference focuses on "Ka Tu, Ka Ora". This
conference offers to participants collaborative leadership skills and a greater
understanding of the inter relatedness of all parts of society. Organisation’s
which sponsor employees and participants can benefit from
new skills perspectives and networks across all sectors
Much of Aotearoa’s
beliefs, policies and laws are based on a mindset which is unsuited to the growing diversity of our future. New
Zealand is destined to become: A
Member of the Pacific Community; Part of the Asian Neighborhood and actively
functioning in a Diverse and Inter-Dependent World.
Concurrent sessions will be delivered during the conference and the following sub-themes have been created to compliment the overarching theme.
